Band: Fever
From: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Their formation story:
(Jonathan Bramall, drums): "Our guitarist Eric came to me saying he wanted help writing a few songs. We essentially wrote the demo in 2 days of jamming. Then we recruited Drayden on vocals and Kareen on bass. We all knew each other from years of going to Philly hardcore shows, so it worked out well."
Their sound in their own words:
"Old school hardcore, for fans of Madball, Sick of It All, Floorpunch, Gorilla Biscuits, Youth of Today, Judge, etc."
Latest release info:
"We have a 6-song demo out right now that’s been out since October. We recorded it with our friend Andrew Venango at Surreal Sound Studios and released it on CD with Hold It Down."
Future plans:
"We have a few new songs we’re gonna record in April for an early-summer release. We’re gonna book more shows for the spring/summer."
What other bands from their region should we check out?
"Suicide Eyes, Madman, Hindsight, Fools Game, Just Look Around, Negative Force, Quiz, XL Bully, Brainwashed, Demonstrate, Joystick Fury, Who Remembers, Oxygen Tank."
