Their formation story:
"The band was formed in 2025 by Joshua Pasciucco (Iscariot). It started as a studio project to contrast the faster, more technical style of the death metal bands Pasciucco had fronted for over a decade. Teaming up with Dan Ferguson (Gaveldown, riffhavenaudio), the pair released Dogukans' debut single, “Disposer, in May 2025.
Their sound in their own words:
"We play a blend of thrash, heavy hardcore, and crossover. We make music for fans of Rock Bottom, Trapped Under Ice, Snake Eyez, Guilt Trip, and Nocure."
Latest release info:
"'Spin Speaker Blues is the second Dogukan single, and it just came out in late January. It's riffy metallic hardcore with themes of self punishment and social decay."
Future plans:
"We have a single coming out later this year, followed by a 3-track demo. We're currently seeking members for a live lineup of the band."
