Planes Mistaken for Stars Return with First New Song in 8 Years, Album Incoming

Planes Mistaken for Stars have returned with their first new music since 2016. "Fix Me" is also the first release from the band since the passing of guitarist/vocalist Gared O’Donnell who passed away in 2021 after a battle with esophageal cancer at the age of 44.

The song is lifted from Do You Still Love Me?, Planes Mistaken for Stars' forthcoming fifth studio album.

Written in Peoria, Illinois during the pandemic lockdowns, the new album was recorded by Sanford Parker (Yob, Spirit Adrift) in Chicago.
