With such musical influences as Blood Brothers, Fear Before the March of Flames, and Jerome's Dream, meet Live Longer Burn Everything.
Based out of Phoenix, Arizona, the quintet is comprised of vocalist Billy Miller, guitarist/vocalist Travis Shockman, guitarist Ryan Peterson, bassist/vocalist Randy Thomas, and drummer Paul Quinones. The band has been putting in the work since releasing their first tracks early last year. Having already playing shows throughout the West Coast, Live Longer Burn Everything will be heading out a tour of the US southwest with Houses We Die In.
To celebrate the tour, Live Longer Burn Everything just dropped a track called "I Lost My HeavyHeavyLowLow Pin at the Hong Kong Fuck You Show at Whyld Ass Cafe," which you can check out below. Yes, it's a mouthful, but it fits the song's dizzying arrangement:
"This song is about hyper-consumerism," guitarist/vocalist Travis told No Echo via email. "This song is about wanting something real when everything seems fake. This song is about trying to escape a toxic world together, due to climate change and capitalism.
"The world is bought and sold time and time again, and working class people are left to die, every time."
While there's no physical release for the song just yet, "I Lost My HeavyHeavyLowLow Pin at the Hong Kong Fuck You Show at Whyld Ass Cafe" is up on streaming outlets today.
