Wired for Chaos, the new documentary on the life of Cro-Mags bassist/vocalist Harley Flanagan, will be holding special screenings throughout June and July across the US.

If you've missed the news about the Rex Miller-directed film, Wired for Chaos features appearances by such musical heavy-hitters as Ice-T, Beastie Boys, Flea, and members of the Bad Brains, and many other figures.

"Musician Harley Flanagan burst onto the punk music scene at the age of 11 in the late 1970’s as drummer for his aunt’s New York based band, The Stimulators, later founding the seminal hardcore act Cro-Mags. Flanagan tells his inconceivable story through gritty footage of NYC’s downtown 1970s and '80s music scene as the backdrop..."

Though the film will hit select theaters on July 20th, special Q&A screenings of Wired for Chaos with Harley himself will begin on June 15th in NYC and run thru til July 17th in Somerville, Massachusetts. All of the dates and locations can be seen below:

In other Harley-related news, my friends at Trust Records enlisted me to chat with the NYHC OG about his life and career in on-camera interview as part of their One Two Me You video series. The interview was filmed at Brain Dead Studios here in Los Angeles, and you can watch the first part of the conversation in this exclusive sneak peek below.

The rest of the interview will be released later this summer:
