Their formation story:
(Johnnie, vocals): “We’ve been a band for a while, initially forming during COVID as a five-piece. Since then, we’ve had members move for work and other reasons. It took some time to find the right fit, but we feel like this new four-piece iteration really nails our sonic goals across the board.”
Their sound in their own words:
“We all listen to various heavy music and keep a loose grip on any one style or format. Currently, our main influences and FFO would be bands like His Hero Is Gone, Cursed, and Cult Leader.”
Latest release info:
“‘Dissection’ is the first of two singles from our upcoming LP. We changed our tunings and overall approach from our previous material, moving toward a more aggressive, punchy sound as opposed to our earlier, doomier style.”
Future plans:
“We are recording our first LP at American Recording Studios with Jason Gillespie. We also have our second single coming up soon and are planning a potential split this summer. We’ve got a few shows lined up, but have mainly been focused on writing new material and getting the record rolling. We’ll be playing Memphis Fest and Memphis Hates You Fest in the fall for sure.”

“Memphis always has a ton of great bands across different styles. Slippery2Dust, Sunweight, Jadewick, PRESSED, and Anemoia are all great. Our friends in Shrineburner out in Chicago rip (they share members with END IT ALL), and our boys in CLOT out of Atlanta, too.”
