Band: Henret
From: Copenhagen, Denmark
Their formation story:
"Henret was formed in 2019 and strives to create an aggressive image with focus on heavy riffs, crushing breakdowns, and a high-energy level both on record and live performances. Translated from Danish, the word 'Henret' means 'execute,' a band name that reflects the heaviness of our debut EP, Abandon Hope."
Their sound in their own words:
"We were inspired by hard-hitting bands such as Kublai Khan TX and Knocked Loose."
Latest release info:
"Abandon Hope is our 6-track debut EP that was recorded at Slaaskamp Studios with Chris Kreutzfeldt (Cabal)."
Future plans:
"We're currently playing shows to help promote Abandon Hope."
What other bands from their region should we check out?
"Lifesick, Rot Away, and Eyes."
