Their formation story:
(Brad, drums/vocals): "This has been a long time coming but when Drew and I found ourselves in Pennsylvania at the same time again after over a decade, we knew we had to get it going for real. Pat returning to Pennsylvania a few months later was all we needed to finally make Gutted a reality."
Their sound in their own words:
(Drew, guitar/vocals): "Brad and I always wanted to do a fast hardcore band and we’ve always bonded over our love for bands like Punch, Coke Bust, Failures, and Paint It Black. We are doing our best to play as fast as absolutely possible."
Latest release info:
(Drew, guitar/vocals): "This demo is 3 songs from what will be a future release. Brad took the initiative on writing lyrics for these three songs, in which he’s speaking about inner turmoil and morality struggles he has at work."
Future plans:
(Drew, guitar/vocals): "Right now, we are getting our release finished, and hopping on a few shows. Our first show is a benefit show for my friend Justin who was in a terribly bad motorcycle accident and is in need of financial assistance as he is in recovery (not to mention a baby on the way).
