Their formation story:
(Louis, vocals): “The band formed after I asked Sammy (drums) if he wanted to start a new project. Soon after we asked Rory to play guitar and Liam jumped on bass. We were all around in Manchester and felt there was a lack of bands around, especially since the scene was starting to revive itself at that time.”
Their sound in their own words:
“When we started writing we had the intention to make music in the same vein as bands from Connecticut in the 2000s, but ended up with early demos sounding similar to New York bands from the same time (Everybody Gets Hurt, Terror Ave, Irate) and we were all down with those bands anyway so we ran with that.”
Latest release info:
“We had and have quite a few songs lying about so we chose a couple to go with for the demo. 'Embedded Spirit' was one of the first demos we had instrumentally, however the lyrics were written the same week my dog passed away so it’s a way of expressing grief for those who have lost someone close to them, also explains the paw print on the cover art.
“'Prophecy' was written as a call out to the wealthy class who are ruining the lives of normal people and are pointing the blame to anyone but themselves. Rory sent the demo for '161' and we all thought it’d sound great as an outro so we threw that one in as well. Something for everybody.”
Future plans:
“We are looking to release an EP at some point early 2026, and aren’t looking to stop beyond that, hopefully an LP in the future, we’re just going with the flow for now. We’re doing a tour with our Glaswegian friends Bathed In Sin in November as well as the Counterculture all-dayer in Liverpool the week after.”

“Cannonball, Cross My Heart, Wits End, Disengagement, some great bands from in or around the North West. Also keep an eye out for anything released under Counterculture Records, the best label west of the pennines.”
