Haywire have shared a new track, “Sincerely Yours,” offering another look at their upcoming second album, I Don’t Wanna Say Goodbye, which is set for release on October 2 via Roadrunner Records. The track follows the previously released single “Interstate Love Affair.”
Back in January 2025, I included Haywire in my annual list of newer hardcore bands to watch, writing that whether they were playing straight-up hardcore or leaning into street punk, they delivered it with “heart and fucking soul.” Needless to say, quite a bit has happened for them since then.

Produced by Citizen vocalist Mat Kerekes and mixed by God's Hate/Twitching Tongues guitarist Taylor Young at The Pit Studio, I Don’t Wanna Say Goodbye was recorded over three months between studios in Leeds, UK, and Toledo, Ohio. The album also features appearances from members of Nothing and The Aggrolites, along with several friends of the band.
The cover for the new album was painted by Ernie Parada, the NYHC veteran musician who has played in bands such as Token Entry, Black Train Jack, and Grey Area:
I Don’t Wanna Say Goodbye arrives two years after Haywire’s debut LP, Conditioned for Demolition. In the time since, the band released the For Better or for Worse EP, the Shirts Vs. Skins split with No Guard, and earlier this year, New England Forever, a split with Dropkick Murphys.
Haywire are set to tour extensively in the coming months, starting with dates supporting Circle Jerks and festival appearances at Louder Than Life, Riot Fest, CBGB Fest, Aftershock, Furnace Fest, and Sick New World. In January, they will support Comeback Kid on a European tour. All dates are listed below.
