Their formation story:
(Max, drums): "I met Tito (guitar) in a cafe I went to down the street from my house everyday. I went in one afternoon and Tito had brought me my food and asked to show me his music he had been working on forever so I listened right there and thought it was super fucking rad because he wrote everything himself. He asked to jam one day and I invited him over and we started messing around with some old hardcore riffs he had for a while and it just flowed really well.
"Tito met Luke (singer) when he randomly walked into a skate shop called Pharmacy and Luke was working with a Madball t-shirt on and Tito pointed it out and Luke started telling Tito how he used to be a singer in a hardcore band back in Texas. We recruited Luke and just needed a bass player. Luckily, the guitar player in my first band ever from high school was my very good friend and down to mess around with 4 strings instead of six. My good friend Anthony is holding it down on bass."
Their sound in their own words:
"We describe our sound as new age hardcore but we don't like to put ourselves in a category. Everyone that hears it has something different to say. We've been told we sound like Merauder, Lamb of God a bit, and some Madball.
"Our biggest influences throughout the band would be Upon a Burning Body, Terror, XweaponX, Madball, Power Trip, Fit for an Autopsy, Drain, and blink-182."
Latest release info:
"Our newest release, 'Pursuit of Failure,' was a song Tito and I wrote in the garage together one day in a few hours, but he had been jotting down the guitars for a while. Our singer Luke, on the other hand, had a lot to say about this, 'So I wrote the lyrics to this song based on life experiences of pursuing my dream.'"
Future plans:
"The next few months we plan on playing as much as possible and within the socal area. Opening up for local bands, bigger bands, hardcore, deathcore, punk bands etc. Backyard, alley, club, basement shows wherever. We're planning on releasing another single in the next few weeks then the full Ep by January/ February next year."
