Their formation story:
(Danny Zweiman, vocals): "Back in the middle of 2021, my good friend George (drummer) hit me up about wanting to do some caveman beatdown hardcore music, so naturally I said yes. We put feelers out on Instagram about people who might want to play with us and our friend Dan (guitarist), who tears up the drums in Have A Good Season/Save Face, reached out and made this all possible.
"Shortly after, we recruited Kyle (bass) who also plays with George in a pop-punk band called Halogens. And recently we recruited a second guitarist, Shane, who used to play in Save Face. We didn’t get the caveman beatdown we initially set out for, but we are stoked on this way more! So best way to put it is that friendship brought this band together. We are a product of friendship."
Their sound in their own words:
"Our sound teeters back and forth in the realms of hardcore and metalcore. Heavy as all fuck at times and then next thing you know you’re on a train to Riff City to take in all the sights and sounds.
"Our influences are all over the place from member to member, which is great for the sound we have. Influences include, Incendiary, Vein.fm, Loathe, Kaonashi, Merauder, NJHC, PAHC, NYHC, nu-metal, soundtrack from Silent Hill 2, big riffs, fists, spinkicks, stage flips, Miler High Life, frogs."
Latest release info:
"Our newest release, Jawdust 1, is pretty straight forward. We are having a lot of fun with big riffs and mosh parts and then on the other hand, all of the lyrics stem from dealing with depression and self destructive ideations. We offer a nice juxtaposition in having a blast with the music while also talking about something serious and personal."
Future plans:
"For now, we are trying to book some shows and rock the fuck out! We’ll play anywhere! Hit us up, let’s party!"
