Track Premiere: Cornelius Asperger and the Bi-Curious Unicorns, “Kill Whitey”

Cornelius Asperger and the Bi-Curious Unicorns' band name is just as off-the-wall as their music is. Featuring Fang vocalist Sammytown and original guitarist Tom Flynn, along with bassist Dave Chavez (Verbal Abuse, Sick Pleasure, Code of Honor) and drummer Stark Raving Brad (Hellbillys, Marginal Prophets), the Oakland-based outfit's songwriting style is a stew of rock 'n' roll, punk, garage, and dirty blues.

The folks at Reptilian Records and Boner Records are joining forces to release Cornelius Asperger and the Bi-Curious Unicorns' eponymous debut album on January 29. In this exclusive, No Echo is bringing you the premiere of "Kill Whitey," a track from the forthcoming album. "Gentrification revenge fantasies vs. official police business as usual," says guitarist Flynn about the song's lyrics. "Rides a musical slippery-slope from the Oakland flatlands up into the hills and back again. Rise and fall. Rise and fall. Click click."

Recorded by Tim Green (The Fucking Champs, Nation of Ulysses), the album is available for pre-order from Reptilian Records now.
